Listening
to music on the 'Net
![]() For beginners in web audio browsing: One of the nice features in web browsing is being able to listen to live and prerecorded music. You will need a computer with a sound card and some sort of attached or embedded speakers to do this. There are several good systems for playing music from a web site. We have selected the Real Audio format for use here, because it is one of the most common web audio formats available and works even with slower dialup systems. We now also have some .mp3 format sound files which will work with several web players and systems. NOTE: You can download several versions of the Real Audio player from the web page linked to the icon below. You will be taken to a web page with free downloads for many different computers and operating systems. Our sound files should work with all of them. If you have problems, contact us. |
